Olga Tunitskaya

Olga Tunitskaya has a diverse range of work experience in HR and recruiting. Olga currently works as a Recruiter at Alchemy Global Solutions, starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Robotorium as an HR & Talent Advisor, where they provided consulting and mentoring to the CEO and their partners on HR and recruiting matters. Olga also contributed to building the full cycle of recruiting process and created HR policies and procedures.

Olga also worked as a Freelance Recruiter & Talent Advisor at eCarsTrade in 2021-2022, where they recruited both junior and senior executive talent. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Libertex Group from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent for various teams. Olga also developed and implemented an employee retention strategy. Additionally, at Libertex Group, Olga mentored two junior recruiters and utilized various recruitment tools and platforms.

Before Libertex Group, Olga worked as a Talent Manager at CompanionVille in 2021 and as an HR & Events Manager at Appodeal Stack from 2017 to 2018. Olga also gained experience as a Management & Recruitment Coordinator at Gloria Jeans in 2017. Olga's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant to the Head of HR/Personal assistant to Vice-President and later as an Assistant at BPC Banking Technologies from 2014 to 2017.

Olga Tunitskaya obtained their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade Management from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. Olga completed their degree between the years 2009 and 2014. In April 2019, Olga obtained a Certificate of Recognition from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
