Sarah Rose

Sarah Rose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and agile practices across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation & Learning Services at Alchemy Solutions since January 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Agility Discipline Lead (AsPac) at bp, where cultural change and agile framework adoption were primary focuses. Prior experience includes leading the Academy at Elabor8, providing agile training, and managing significant agile transformations at Monash University. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern Cross University, Sarah has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering growth, capability development, and facilitating change through their diverse roles in both the public and private sectors.
