Prior to that, Lekha worked as a Technical Recruiter at One Degree North HR Services from June 2022 to March 2023. Lekha obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Rajarajeswari College of Engineering (RRCE) in August 2017.
