Ada Polla began their career in 1999 as a Consultant for DiamondCluster International. In 2000, they became a Product Manager for Candela Medical. In 2004, they became the CEO of Alchimie Forever, where they are responsible for providing clean formulations and clinical results for all skin types and all skin tones. In 2008, they began blogging about beauty and skincare, family business, and entrepreneurship on Adamant About Beauty. In 2013, they became the Executive Director of Neill Fulfillment and a Writer for the Style Section of The Huffington Post. In 2015, they became a Board Member for the Independent Beauty Association.

Ada Polla received their MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2004, where they studied Business. Prior to this, they obtained their BA from Harvard University in 1999, where they studied History of Art & Political Science.
