Stephen Owens

Stephen Owens has extensive experience in operational management, compliance, and financial accounting. Currently serving as the Operational Systems Manager at ALCO Management, Inc. since April 2012, Stephen oversees Yardi databases, user management, and the creation of custom workflows. Previously, as a Compliance Specialist, Stephen ensured adherence to government regulations by compiling and evaluating affordable housing data. Earlier roles include managing financial accounts for multiple properties as a Property Accountant and planning operations as a Sales Manager at Outdoors Inc. Additionally, Stephen has experience in business analysis and athletic training, holding degrees in Athletic Training and Kinesiology from Kansas State University and a Master's in Business, Finance, and Marketing from The University of Memphis.
