Grethe Hindersland

Grethe Hindersland has extensive experience in managerial and operational roles within the aluminum and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Country Manager for Alcoa Norway and Regional ABS Director for Europe since May 2020, Grethe previously held various positions at Alcoa, including Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Alcoa Lista, and Plant Manager at Alcoa Portland Aluminum. Prior experience includes General Manager positions at Lister Nyskaping AS and Scopos AS, focusing on regional development and industrial filming, respectively. Grethe also held CEO roles at CG Gruppen, CG Glass, Casting Technologies Company, and Alcoa Automotive Casting ANS. Grethe began their career as an aircraft technician in the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Agder.
