Jessica Roche

Jessica Roche, CSP, EIT is an accomplished environmental, health, and safety professional with significant experience in managing safety and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at Alcoa since September 2019, Jessica previously held the position of Senior Safety and Compliance Engineer at Ashland, where responsibilities included serving as an EHS Subject Matter Expert and coordinating activities with front-line supervisors. Prior experience includes roles as a Field HES Specialist and HES and Compliance Assurance Specialist at Chevron, where Jessica played a key role in leading the HES Department and providing safety support for projects. Early in the career, Jessica was an Associate Health and Safety Engineer at ArcelorMittal, conducting noise studies for safety compliance. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University.
