Nick Bacon

Nick Bacon is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Alcoa since January 2011, Nick previously held the position of HR Manager at Fonterra from June 2008 to January 2011 and was the HR Team Leader at VicRoads from January 2006 to June 2008. Nick's academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Ballarat, completed from 1996 to 1999.
