Paul Birch has over two decades of experience in maintenance management, primarily with Alcoa since November 2000, where roles have included Central Maintenance Manager and various Maintenance Superintendent positions, specializing in areas such as Raw Materials and Digestion. Prior to Alcoa, Paul Birch worked at Cable Sands from 1997 to 2000 as a Fitter/Welder, showcasing a strong mechanical background that has supported a progressive career in maintenance and operations.
