Rishi Kumar is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in project management and operational excellence within the mining sector. Currently serving as a Senior Mining Engineer at Alcoa, Rishi is responsible for managing multiple projects focused on mining technology and business process improvement. Prior roles include Director and Principal Mining Engineer at Redrock Mining Consultants Pty Ltd, where Rishi led critical projects for major clients such as Newcrest Mining and BHP. Rishi's experience spans various roles at Rio Tinto, Larsen & Toubro, Vedanta Resources Plc, Socieda de Fomento Pvt Ltd., and Explotech Services, encompassing mine planning, studies, operational management, and team leadership. Rishi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from GEC/NIT Raipur and a PGDM/MBA in Business, Management, and Marketing from Goa University.
