Ana Luisa Meirelles is an experienced professional with a diverse background in psychology, human resources, and change management. Currently serving as Program Change Manager at Edith Cowan University and as a Psychologist and Health & Wellness Advisor at atWork Australia, Ana has developed expertise in organizational transformation within various industries, including resources and education. Previous roles include Change Manager at St John of God Health Care, Change Lead at City of Canning, and Talent & Organisation Manager at Accenture, where valuable experience in management consulting was gained. Academic qualifications include an MBA in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology from CPAF, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário IBMR.
