Ann Sebastian

Ann Sebastian is a seasoned Change Analyst with extensive experience in project and change management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Change Analyst at ABN Group since July 2025, Ann has previously held change management roles at Muirs.co and the Medical Indemnity Protection Society Ltd (MIPS), where responsibilities included the implementation of HRIS platforms. Additional experience includes significant roles at the Bureau of Meteorology, MLC Life Insurance, Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, and IAG, focusing on digital transformation and collaboration initiatives. With a foundational background at Bupa Australia & New Zealand in multiple change analyst and consultant roles, Ann developed and executed talent management strategies. Prior experience also includes consulting and recruitment in government sectors with Clicks IT Recruitment.
