Emma Sewell is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in managing human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as the People and Performance Manager at Western Power since June 2024, Emma previously held the position of Head of Human Resources (CPO) at COLLAR® from August 2023 to May 2024. Emma's career includes roles such as Group Manager People and Manager HR Services at Macmahon, and Manager People WA at Qantas. Earlier experience encompasses HR Manager at BAE Systems Australia and various HR roles at Svitzer, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group, Sage, and Churchill Insurance. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a Graduate qualification in MCIPD from Teesside University.
