Fiona Crosswell is an experienced payroll professional currently serving as Payroll Manager at ABN Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Fiona spent over a decade at TSA Group - Australia, where responsibilities included overseeing payroll for more than 2,000 employees across Australia and the Philippines, ensuring compliance with HR and legal standards, and leading various payroll projects. Fiona's earlier career included positions as a Senior Payroll Officer and Payroll Officer at ISS Facility Services Australia, as well as a brief volunteer experience with Projects Abroad. Fiona's operational management background includes a role as Junior Food and Beverage Manager at Princess Cruises, overseeing a large team and managing stock and compliance reporting. Fiona holds a Certificate IV in Hospitality Management from Drysdale Institute.
