Rhiannon Compton is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a People Business Partner + Projects at ABN Group since March 2024. Rhiannon also holds a board member position at World Data Exchange, focusing on global data exchange technologies. Previously, Rhiannon worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chevron, supporting major projects during key bargaining processes. Rhiannon has extensive experience at Globe 24-7 as a People and Culture Manager, leading global HR strategies, and at Integrated Managed Services as a Senior People & Performance Adviser. Earlier roles include Human Resources Administrator at Chiyoda Corporation and Research Assistant at The University of Western Australia. Rhiannon holds a Master of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychological Science from The University of Western Australia.
