Frank Spesia

Frank Spesia currently serves as the Executive Director at the Alcohol and Addictions Resource Center (AARC) since April 2025. Prior to this role, Spesia was the Associate Director of Community Health and Clinical Partnerships at the University of Notre Dame from August 2023 to April 2025, and also worked as a Data Analyst in the university's Psychology Department focusing on parental social determinants of health. Spesia coordinated research on Positive and Adverse Childhood Experiences with St. Joseph County and collaborated on public health initiatives as a Public Health Fellow. Earlier experience includes positions at educational organizations and consulting for nonprofits in both Brazil and Chile. Spesia holds a Master of Global Affairs with a focus on Education Policy, a Master of Education in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, all from the University of Notre Dame.
