Erica Budding

Erica Budding has held various positions in policy and strategic management in both the government and private sectors. With a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, Erica has displayed a strong academic background. Currently, at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, Erica has moved up the ranks to Senior Manager, with previous roles in regulatory standards and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Erica worked at Natural Resources Canada as a Policy Analyst, focusing on intergovernmental affairs and energy efficiency.
