Manager Operational Performance at Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

Greg Giberson has extensive experience in operational performance, regulatory data reporting, project management, and analysis within the public sector, currently serving as the Manager of Operational Performance at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since September 2017. Giberson has developed strategies for monitoring performance and problem-solving approaches to enhance operational effectiveness. Previous roles at AGCO include Manager of Regulatory Data Reporting & Analysis and Manager of Project Management & Reporting, where Giberson ensured the delivery of value-added data reporting and managed system changes to support division performance. Prior to AGCO, Giberson was a Research Associate at Ryerson University, focusing on de-icing agent management and statistical analysis. An education background includes a Master’s Degree in Spatial Analysis from Ryerson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Toronto.
