Lucie Walker

Lucie Walker, CHRL, CTMP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since April 2022. Previously, Lucie held various human resources leadership roles at Southlake Regional Health Centre from January 2020 to April 2022, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Organizational Development, Employee & Labour Relations. Prior to that, Lucie was the Manager of Human Resources at the Canadian Institute for Health Information from July 2017 to January 2020, and held key HR positions at Mackenzie Health, Baycrest, and First Advantage. Lucie's educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Semiotics from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.
