Sandra Ramirez Valbuena

Sandra Ramirez Valbuena is a seasoned IT audit professional with over 10 years of experience in the Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, and Insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Auditor at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since October 2015, Sandra previously held the position of Information Technology Audit Manager at EY. Sandra's expertise includes the design, planning, and supervision of IT general controls tests, as well as the preparation and discussion of findings with clients. Prior roles include IT Internal Auditor at Claro Colombia, where audit programs were implemented to mitigate risks, and a staff position at Deloitte that focused on technology risk assessments and recommendations for information system security. Sandra holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
