Judy Baehrle

Judy Baehrle has an extensive work history in human resources, starting in 1984 as a Staff Nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Judy then worked as a Nurse Recruiter at Albert Einstein Health System and Pennsylvania Hospital before transitioning to a Human Resources Specialist/Nurse Recruiter role at Main Line Health. Judy then held the position of Director of Human Resources at Integra, Inc. and later at Fernley & Fernley. Judy also served as a Human Resources Consultant at MidAtlantic Employers Association, providing services to various companies in the Tri-State area. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Alcom Printing Group, Inc. Judy has experience implementing HRIS systems, conducting training and development initiatives, and designing employee handbooks and policy manuals.

Judy Baehrle earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing from Villanova University, where they attended from 1980 to 1984.
