Andy Baratz

Andy Baratz has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device industries, currently serving as the Global Head of Clinical Services at Alcon since May 2017. Previous roles at Alcon include Head of Global Technical Services and Global Director of Customer Operations and Training, with a focus on supporting the Global Surgical business. Prior to Alcon, Andy served as a Business Development Consultant for Biotek Solutions, and held leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and GE Healthcare, managing compliance, financial results, and high-performance teams. Early career includes work as a Field Service Engineer at Olympus and various leadership roles in the US Navy. Andy holds a Master's in Leadership and Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's in Science Management from the University of Phoenix.
