Arthur Staciwa

Arthur Staciwa is a Senior Commercial Excellence Associate at Alcon, recognized as a recipient of the 2024 Alcon One Team Award for Distinguished Individual Contribution. Since June 2022, Arthur has been leading the Consignment Management & Optimization project, utilizing lean six sigma methodologies to develop a Canadian-specific optimization algorithm and manage surgical Tableau dashboards. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Arthur served as an Analytics lead and Planning Analyst, focusing on collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment, logistics strategy, and driving improvements in manufacturing processes. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Guelph.
