Aurelie Caillat

Aurelie Caillat is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Surgical and Country Head of Finance for Alcon in France since June 2015, Aurelie specializes in business planning and analysis and has been instrumental in the company's spin-off and the establishment of a dedicated BPA team. Prior to Alcon, Aurelie held various finance roles at Novartis from 2005 to 2015, including Finance Manager for Global Franchise Retina & Neurosciences and BPA Manager for Primary Care & Critical Care. Early career experience includes financial reporting at Novartis Pharma France and a financial controller position at Johnson & Johnson. Aurelie holds an MBA in Administration & Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a diploma from TBS Education in Finance, alongside foundational education in preparatory classes for HEC.
