Betsy Aponte

Betsy Aponte, PE, currently serves as the Director and Technical Program Manager for Global Warehouse Management System Implementation at Alcon since December 2013. Prior roles at Alcon included Director of Design Transfer for Digital Capabilities and Global Manufacturing Execution Business Process Lead. Betsy has extensive experience in supply chain management, previously holding the position of Sr. Business Process Manager at Johnson & Johnson from November 2011 to May 2013 and serving as Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor. Earlier in the career, Betsy worked as Storerooms Operations and Project Manager for WESCO Distribution and as SR IS Project Lead at AstraZeneca. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
