Herman Blakley

Herman Blakley has an extensive career in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Director of Health Safety Environment at Alcon since February 1999. Throughout the tenure at Alcon, Herman has held various roles, including Head of HSE Process Integration, HSE Manager, Senior HSE Specialist, and Health Safety and Environmental Specialist. Prior to rejoining Alcon in October 1995 as an HSE Contractor, Herman worked as a Safety Manager at International Paper from 1993 to 1995 and was self-employed from October 1997 to February 1999. Herman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1991 and 1993.
