James Kantner

James Kantner has extensive experience in customer service and sales support within the medical and retail sectors. Currently serving Alcon since June 2018, James has held multiple roles, including Digital Customer Experience and Principal Surgical Sales Support, and has been instrumental in providing exceptional support to key account customers, notably major national retailers and distributors.
