Kanie Isiofia is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer II at Alcon since August 2019, specializing in Operational Technology and Computer System Validation governance processes to enhance compliance and efficiency. As a Software Project Manager, Kanie has successfully managed multiple multi-business computer system upgrades, developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring robust system performance through detailed specifications and validation protocols. Kanie has also served as a co-op mentor, fostering professional development among emerging engineering talent.
