Marie Daniels

Marie Daniels is a seasoned professional in commercial learning and development with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the APAC Associate Director for Commercial Learning and Development at Alcon since January 2022, Marie has previously held significant roles at Bayer, including ANZ Pharma Commercial Learning Lead and Global Commercial Learning Manager from July 2017 to January 2022. Earlier positions include Learning Manager at AbbVie, where Marie specialized in Challenger sales and marketing implementation, and Sales Projects Manager at Novartis, focusing on sales force effectiveness and training. Marie holds a BSc Honors in Combined Studies, Health & Social Science from the University of Wolverhampton and a Certificate in Counselling from the University of Coventry.
