Michelle Dixon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and quality operations sectors. Michelle began their career at General Motors, where they served as a Manufacturing Superintendent and later as the Director of Quality. In these roles, they implemented strategies to improve quality, productivity, and schedule adherence. After their tenure at General Motors, Dixon joined GE Healthcare as the Senior Site Quality Director, responsible for ensuring quality and regulatory compliance at the company's largest revenue-generating manufacturing site. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Vision Care Manufacturing at Alcon, where they have also served as the Vice President of Global Quality Operations Surgical Franchise and the Global Head of MTO Surgical Strategy & Innovation. In these roles, Dixon has demonstrated their expertise in operational strategy, change leadership, and product quality.

Michelle Dixon obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Michelle later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Lindenwood University, completing their studies between 2001 and 2003.
