Nichol Monaghan

Nichol Monaghan has extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the medical device and consumer health sectors. At Alcon, a Novartis division, Nichol served as Site Quality Head and Strategic Advisor from January 1999 to July 2016, overseeing the implementation of quality systems in a mid-large scale manufacturing environment. Prior to this, Nichol held roles as Director of Quality Assurance and Manager of Corporate Quality Technology, along with positions as Quality Engineer. Nichol's earlier education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering obtained from Texas Tech University between January 1995 and January 1999.
