Preneet Bindra

Preneet Bindra is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing HR functions across diverse regions. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Asia Pacific at Alcon since July 2020, Preneet oversees HR operations across 11 countries, including manufacturing and shared services. Prior to Alcon, Preneet held the position of Regional HR Head at Citi, directing HR for the Institutional Client Group for Operations and Technology across 14 nations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at British Airways, where Preneet managed HR across several international regions, and at Publicis Sapient, focusing on people strategy during a period of significant growth. Preneet’s academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and Organization Behaviour from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BA in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
