Priyanka Iyer

Priyanka Iyer is a seasoned professional in the field of bioengineering and biomedical engineering, currently serving as a Production Continuous Improvement Supervisor at Alcon since August 2019, with prior roles including Production Filling Supervisor and Senior QC Analyst. Priyanka's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, expected in August 2024, and a Master of Science in the same field obtained in 2019. Previous experience encompasses research on nanoparticles for gene therapy at The University of Texas at Arlington and work as a Student Supervisor with Compass Group, focusing on customer service and task delegation. Additionally, Priyanka has contributed to bioprocess research at the Indian Institute of Environment Management and provided leadership as a Peer Advisor for high school students in a science program. Priyanka also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Indian Classical Dance.
