Seila Jenkins

Seila Jenkins has an extensive and diverse work experience. Seila is currently the Director of Global Medical Communications at Alcon since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mary Kay Global as a Senior Manager of Global and Regional Communications from December 2020 to February 2022. Before that, at Mary Kay Global, they held various roles such as Manager of Media and Public Relations for the Asia Pacific and LATAM regions, Manager of Media and Public Relations for the North America region, and Senior Corporate Communications Specialist for Latin America from 2015 to 2020.

Before joining Mary Kay Global, Seila worked at AT&T as a Social Media/Community Manager from April 2014 to April 2015, where they were responsible for managing Salesforce.com and overseeing social media platforms. In addition, they worked at American Airlines as a Corporate Communications/Web Content Editor in 2013. Prior to that, Seila held the position of a Professional Blogger and Community Manager at Atraza from November 2011 to December 2012. At Tapsa, they worked as a Marketing Assistant from February 2011 to November 2011. Seila also gained experience as a Public Relations Intern in the PR Department of ESADE from February 2010 to February 2011. Their earliest professional role was as a Newspaper Reporter and Journalist at La Razón from January 2008 to September 2009.

Seila Jenkins obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Journalism & Audiovisual Communications from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
