Thomas Pavlik is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for North America at Alcon, Thomas has previously held significant positions at Johnson & Johnson spanning over a decade, including Senior Finance Director for multiple global initiatives and franchises where strategic leadership led to substantial revenue growth and successful acquisitions. Earlier in Thomas's career, positions at CFX Engineering and TRC Companies showcased strong project management and business development capabilities. Thomas holds an M.B.A. in Finance and General Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
