Tingwei (Wade) Deng, Ph.D., has extensive experience in the BioTech and MedTech industries, specializing in polymer and nanotechnology. They served as a Graduate Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University from 2016 to 2018 and currently continue their research at UC Irvine while pursuing a Ph.D. They held positions as a Senior Scientist at Alcon in 2023 and as an Engineering Intern at Aureka Biotechnologies, Inc. from 2024 to 2025. Tingwei also has a foundation in research from undergraduate studies at South China University of Technology and a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
