Vikramaditya Bajpai

Vikramaditya (Vik) Bajpai is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of expertise in strategic HR leadership across global markets. Currently serving as VP & Head of Human Resources at Alcon since January 2013, Vik Bajpai leads HR functions for both North America and international regions, focusing on enhancing commercial growth and talent development. Prior roles include VP positions at Alcon overseeing HR for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, as well as significant HR leadership roles at Novartis and Unilever. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Accounting from Sydenham College.
