Florian Winkler

Florian Winkler is currently the Group M&A Manager at SYNLAB International, the largest European clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services provider, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Florian served as a Senior Associate at Walther Transaction GmbH, where responsibilities included leading small and medium-sized M&A transactions, advising foreign investors and German SMEs, primarily in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Florian's experience in M&A also includes roles as Associate and Analyst at Walther Transaction GmbH, focusing on buy- and sell-side activities in healthcare. Earlier career experience includes a position as Financial Analyst in group controlling at remote control productions GmbH. Florian holds a Master of Science in Management & Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management from the Technical University of Munich.
