Shamsher Singh is a seasoned IT professional with expertise in ServiceNow, cybersecurity, and network engineering, holding certifications in ITIL, CCNA, and CCNP - Routing. Currently, Shamsher serves as a Sr. Manager at Alcor Solutions, Inc., having previously held roles such as Lead Technical Architect at Coaxxion Solutions, and Senior Technical Consultant at Crossfuze. Shamsher's extensive experience includes leading innovation projects in ServiceNow SecOps and GRC, as well as performing critical information security tasks at Symcor Inc. and Tata Consultancy Services.
