Dmytro Ovcharenko

Dmytro Ovcharenko has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Dmytro served as the CEO of Alcor, a recruitment service provider specializing in tech positions for IT product companies. At IT Ukraine Association, they worked as the Vice President on Legal & Compliance Matters, representing the tech industry in Ukraine and building effective government relations. As the Managing Director of SBT Systems Ukraine, they brought in new clients, supervised a team, and drove business growth. In their role as the Head of Legal Services at Luxoft, they supported IPO processes, supervised a legal department, and worked in a multinational environment.

From 2015 to 2016, Dmytro Ovcharenko pursued a Master's Degree in Information Technology Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
