Tarun Oberoi

Tarun Oberoi is a seasoned professional in Identity and Access Management with extensive experience leading global teams and architecting solutions. As a Senior IAM Architect at Alcority since April 2022, Tarun oversees IAM standards and delivers solutions across portfolio companies. Previously, Tarun served as a Senior Security Architect in IAM and Authentication Services at Steward Health Care, and as Global Head of Platform Engineering at Citigroup, where responsibilities included managing teams for infrastructure and architecture for Azure AD and Active Directory, and securely extending authentication to cloud services. Tarun's career also includes roles as Engineering Manager at Citigroup, where management of a significant Active Directory environment was key, and as a System Administrator at Salomon Smith Barney. Tarun began the career as an Engineer/Programmer at United Parcel Service and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
