Erminia Campolattano

Erminia Campolattano currently serves as the Head of the Legal Department at Capri srl, a position held since February 2016. Previously, Erminia worked as Legal Counsel at L'Oréal from July 2013 to January 2016 and gained initial legal experience through an internship in the Corporate Legal Department at L'Oréal, along with project work at Studio legale E. Morace & co. focused on comparative analysis of a ship purchase contract. Early legal training included a trainee role at Studio legale associato Petrella in Caserta from September 2012 to January 2013. Erminia holds a Postgraduate Master's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Finance, and Business Strategy from I.P.E. Scuola di alta formazione (2013), a Laurea Magistrale in Law from SUN Napoli (2007-2013), and participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad de Salamanca (2010-2011).
