Luis S. is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, currently serving as the Founding Product Designer & Advisor at Alcōv since September 2023. Luis has held pivotal roles at GroupVisual.io as Lead Product Designer since July 2013, leading teams and collaborating with diverse clients. Prior experience includes Senior Product Designer at Dell Technologies and Customer Experience Designer for American Airlines. Significant contributions also involve designing the Johnson & Johnson Customer Connect platform and leading the design for the Janssen Autism Knowledge Engine. Luis's academic background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
