Glenn Harshman

Glenn Harshman is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various mortgage institutions. Currently serving as a Branch Partner at ALCOVA Mortgage since April 2025, Glenn previously held the position of Senior Vice President at First Heritage Mortgage, LLC from September 2022 to April 2024, where the company focused on providing innovative mortgage solutions in the Washington DC metro area. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank, Vice President/Senior Loan Officer at Intercoastal Mortgage LLC, Vice President/Sales Manager at George Mason Mortgage, and Vice President at both First Portfolio Lending and Access National Mortgage. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William & Mary, earned between 1988 and 1992.
