Hector Carrasquillo

Sr. Engineer, Technical Operations at Alcresta Therapeutics

Hector Carrasquillo has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Hector began their career as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2005. Hector then worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Kidde-Fenwal: UTC Fire & Security in 2007. In 2009, they joined Ximedica, LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they performed a range of engineering duties. Hector then moved to PerkinElmer in 2012, where they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and performed sustaining engineering activities for microfluidic and tissue imaging production lines. In 2017, they joined Medrobotics Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed, improved, and sustained manufacturing lines for the surgical Flex Robotic System. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Alcresta Therapeutics as a Sr. Engineer, Technical Operations.

Hector Carrasquillo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 2005 and 2009.
