Jeffrey DiNardo's work experience begins with their current role as the Director of Technical Operations at Alcresta Therapeutics, where they are responsible for ensuring a robust supply of quality products and leading next-generation product design and launch. Prior to this, they worked at NextPhase Medical Devices as the Value Stream Business Unit Manager, driving revenue and profit growth and developing customer relationships. Before that, at Medtronic, they held various roles including Sr Engineering Manager, Senior Sourcing Continuity Engineering Manager, Program Manager - Contract Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing Leader (interim), and Manufacturing Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, supported supplier or Medtronic initiated changes, expanded support to multiple business units, implemented visual and project management systems, and worked on product development and contract manufacturing projects. Jeffrey began their career at Dynisco as an Engineering Manager.
Jeffrey DiNardo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Jeffrey later pursued a Master in Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010.
