Kathi Tomaszewski

Kathi Tomaszewski, SPHR, serves as the Chief People Officer at Alcrete since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kathi held the position of Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Systems at PremiStar from October 2019 to September 2024. Kathi has extensive experience in human resources, previously serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Winston Brands, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, and Director of Human Resources at ITW Deltar Fasteners from 2010 to 2017. Additional roles include Division HR Director and HR Director at ITW Deltar Fasteners, President at KPIG, and various leadership positions at Kamco Plastics Inc. and Hallmark Cards. Kathi holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, graduating in 1991.
