Greg Smith

Greg Smith has worked in Human Resources since 1995, beginning with their role as Associate Director of HR at Biogen Idec. Greg then went on to serve as a Human Resources Consultant at CHDI Foundation, Third Rock Ventures, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. In 2011, they became the Manager of Talent Acquisition and HRIS (Workday and Oracle) at Medidata Solutions. In 2013, they were a Workday Project Consultant at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. and then a HR Operations Consultant at Cognex Corporation in 2014. From 2015-2022, they worked in various roles at Seres Therapeutics, including Executive Director, Senior Director, and Director of Human Resources. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Alcyone Therapeutics Inc.

Greg Smith received their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from UMass Boston between 1988 and 1993. Greg then went on to receive their Masters Degree from Lesley University in 2009.
