Hannah Bailey has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, having worked at ALD Automotive UK since September 2012 in various roles, including Business Readiness Lead, Product Supplier and Support Lead, and Ford Lease Support Team Leader. In these positions, Hannah has successfully led a diverse team, ensured efficient workload management, and achieved team-based SLAs. Prior to this, experience was gained at Motability Operations from November 2009 to August 2012, where Hannah served as a Customer Management Support Advisor and Contact Centre Advisor, providing exceptional customer service and support. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Customer Service Advisor with Parcelforce Worldwide from July 2007 to October 2009. Hannah holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education from the University of Newport, Wales, and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Prestatyn High School.
