Prior experience at GE Capital from November 2004 to February 2019 included roles such as IT Business Analyst/Project Manager and Operations Associate, where Michael honed skills in IT and operational efficiency. Earlier, Michael worked at BT as a Client Service Leader from November 2002 to March 2004, focusing on client relations and service management.
